My team management is so pathetic that we team members feel so stressed and the management is kind of threatening the team members for duing extra, even after the work hours. It says Wells Fargo values each and every TM, but during this covid outbreak, it's shown well clear from the management that how well they takes care for the TM.

My team management. Each day is a hell working with this team. I wonder what's the meaning of work from home, if a company cannot be little flexible in making wfh facility to the TM who's native is in some other state, this is a pandemic situation when the family members also need a support from their son/daughter especially when they are old.
