WFO is strict and no flexibility even if you are Temporary Ill for a week or two; strictly no WFH outside Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai. No fuel, internet, high education reimbursement/tax benefits. No team engagement or outings. Messed up hierarchy and career path. It's very hard for senior technical/analytics folks to pivot to Managerial roles. Over all The company and culture was very Good for women this is the best company security and benefits A lot. One drawback I seen in my experience is M1,M2 level managers are not correctly in specially CSBB operations while taking decisions They will show partiality because of this issue I resigned from there but The company was awesome Thank you Wells Fargo😊
