WFO is strict and no flexibility even if you are Temporary Ill for a week or two; strictly no WFH outside Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai. No fuel, internet, high education reimbursement/tax benefits. No team engagement or outings. Messed up hierarchy and career path. It's very hard for senior technical/analytics folks to pivot to Managerial roles. Managers disrespect their resources, false allegations in mid and year end reviews to put them in PIP and silent layoffs. Don't higher good candidates for short duration of you can't pay them what they deserve. Manager's are very toxic, behave like son in law's of company. Old tech stack, least learning, workmlife balance is just an outside hype here.
