Good Work-life balance. Working with Onshore stakeholders directly. Job stability. Low stress. Employee engagement activities throughout the year. People coming for all different kind of background. Company is committed to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and it reflects on workforce.

Dislikes

Most of the policies are top-down. There is Global Employee Survey not sure about how seriously the Feedbacks are taken. Upper management gives preferential treatment, clear bias in appraisals. They are after you and make your professional growth hell if you raise your dissent. Focuses more on delivering quantity rather than quality.

WFO is strict and no flexibility even if you are Temporary Ill for a week or two; strictly no WFH outside Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai. No fuel, internet, high education reimbursement/tax benefits. No team engagement or outings. Messed up hierarchy and career path. It's very hard for senior technical/analytics folks to pivot to Managerial roles. There is absolutely no job security like in TCS, infosys or even in companies like Accenture, employees have some resistance to lay off. But in company like wells Fargo, there is 0 job security. Employees who joined were put into PIP and removed the same year they joined. Please do not join wells if you looking for job security. They will intentionally put resources in bad rating.
