Company has very good facility and takes care of the employees fairly well.
Dislikes
Politics - there are a few of them who do a lot of politics within the Consumer Analytics & Marketing team. They have come from Fidelity and favour each other to grow in the organisation. 360 feedback is done because they are worried about some of the negative feedback that might come on them. The head of CAM is also keeping quiet and not acting on it. They're losing a lot of talent because of the favouritism.
