It is an average company need to shift focus on being just a technical based company to a solution provider.

Nothing as such to dislike .but yes ...on management level some issue is there which is seriously a matter of dislike because they understand sales is a single day task....infact .it take time and so you have to trust your team member who is working day and night to establish you in the market. They are more driven towards technical team and don't understand the importance of sales team. No work life balance No opportunities to learn anything apart from their app which they are building from last 4 years.. still thousands of bugs present.. Only one project they have.. No team building activities, no fun at work.. They are providing remote work just to load the employees... Everyone in there is fed-up with the work culture and yet nobody will question..
