Dislikes

No Joining letter. No clearance over job responsibilities. No growth in terms of knowledge & salary. Will be on the same designation till retirement if recruited.

No work life balance, your phone will ring at 9 PM to get clearance where to go next day.

There I found Too much use of third class language by company directors and other seniors and It's difficult to adjust for that person who is far away from that culture.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
