Hey, First of all thank you very much for your comments but I have few questions about your blames. Main thing is that we never ever said anyone that our office time will be 9 AM to 6 PM as We always tell everyone that our Office time might be scratched because of we have US Based Clients or may be need to start early if we have Aus Client . Regarding Bond Sign.. we have 2 years bond policy and everyone should sign on first day itself.. Also regarding Salary commitment we stick with the commitment and I am happy if you can prove that we have given false commitment.. Also if you see we have 200+ Staff and in our Office 50+ Employees having iPhone and Company is gifted that because of they done very hard work and dedicated with the Clients. Mostly we are doing hourly basis jobs and we will bill Clients as per employee work.. and In your case you might be billing Client for 2-3 hours /day and working for 8-10 hours and this is because of your LOW SKILLS.. Honestly we have not asked any single skilled employee to stay until 10 PM and all.. We are telling everyone that we are flexible and you can come anytime do your 7-8 billable hours and go back to home..! I have first confusion that if you are our employee.. and if you are Walstar's Employee then I am sure your performance might be very very low and that's why instead of fire you.. we might asked to do some hard work and improve your Skill..! So just don't say any wrong things about the Company who is honest with the employee.. so just explain why Company asked you to stay until late..! Or Prove that because of your Low Skill set have we deducted any single INR from your Monthly Salary ? Thanks
