At Walstar Technologies, we continuously strive to improve our work environment, ensure fair compensation, and promote work-life balance. But taking your issue in consideration all the above policies was discussed with you before your joining more than 4-5 time, whether it is regarding time or salary after you showed interest and willingness to work with us we had considered you. We never force anyone only after the candidate by himself/herself approches us to join the company then only we give them joining. From our side we had cleared our points earlier after that you had showed interest by yourself.
