Working around the clock increases chances of chronic health issues!!, Lack of recoganisation for efforts, feedback is always negative from senior management. Promotion, raises and appreciation are solely based on nepotism, those connected to owner or leadership received preferential treatment. There is complete disregard for hierarchy, for instance, an AVP might make unilateral decisions by consulting relatives bypassing direct repotees.
