Working around the clock increases chances of chronic health issues!!, Lack of recoganisation for efforts, feedback is always negative from senior management. Promotion, raises and appreciation are solely based on nepotism, those connected to owner or leadership received preferential treatment. Management HR policies Arrange the zumba, and the unofficial activity after office timing are bhai office time k baad kisi ko employee ko ghar jaane de jada khushi kisi zumba, dance class mai nhi ho sakti hai so stop doing these things after office.
