Technical Lead - AngularJS (8-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

Walking Tree Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead - Angular to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role will involve leading front-end development projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Angular-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Angular 8+ and related technologies, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.

- Plan and allocate tasks, track progress, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Angular Development :

- Design, develop, and implement complex and scalable Angular applications.

- Utilize Angular 8+ features and best practices to build high-performance and maintainable applications.

- Develop reusable components and libraries.

- Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs and databases.

Technology Expertise :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Angular 8+, Angular JS, Angular Material, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.

- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

- Work with MySQL databases and understand database interactions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Project Management :

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.

- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and back-end developers to ensure project success.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in front-end development.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Angular 8+, Angular JS, Angular Material, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.

- Strong understanding of MySQL and database interactions.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Strong understanding of state management.
