The work environment is really lively and progressive. There's a lot of positivity in the air, and the young and enthusiastic crowd brings solid energy to the workplace. Because of such an inner atmosphere everyone working here feels encouraged and inspired to do their best.

Dislikes

If you are looking to work here, then be prepared for dynamic adjustments to work priorities based on client deliverables. You should have flexibility in managing tasks, which is obviously necessary in order to meet client expectations, or I would suggest it’s not the suiting workplace for you.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
