One thing that I really like about this company is that here everyone is given equal opportunity. Everyone here gets a fair chance to succeed, grow, and contribute to the company's success. This also brings positivity to the working nature, especially within the team, and employees do their best to reach their full potential.

Not as a con, but still on a positive note feel to say that we occasionally find ourselves in challenging work situations, not for the wrong reason, it’s just because we prioritize delivering maximum creative value to meet our clients' expectations.

I have seen transparency in performance evaluation. You are also given a chance to put forth your clarification. No bais or one sided pattern. Purely based on your work & efforts and no use of things like buttering etc.

I want to express my thankfulness to my superiors here for giving me full responsibility for a project and the freedom to carry it out. This has allowed me to learn on my own and understand what works and what doesn't. I can't underestimate the cooperation from my team. Feels nice to be a part of such an industry leader. Opportunities and exposure is that much more. On the personal front as well, I am able to set and achieve diff milestones. As an employee I feel more stable. No problem with the facilities and benefits. Work culture that will make you comfortable and accommodate well.

At first, I felt nervous when facing difficult problems and situations. But I was lucky that my seniors always supported and encouraged me without hesitation. Because of this, I have become more confident and capable of handling such challenges. This experience has helped me grow personally and develop my leadership skills in this place.

Meetings sometimes take too long to finish. It’s the only con that I can remember as of now.

One that will make you happy. Employees are given a clear cut idea as to what they need to do to move ahead. HRs keep interacting and genuinely care for the employees. It is like you are a part of a large family. Salary id timely and appropriate. Offerings are optimum. Things are on track for me.
