Working around the clock increases chances of chronic health issues!!, Lack of recoganisation for efforts, feedback is always negative from senior management. Promotion, raises and appreciation are solely based on nepotism, those connected to owner or leadership received preferential treatment. We have got highly experienced seniors leading us. They show us the path and help out when we are stuck. I always look up to them have benefited from it. The joining process was also nice and streamlined. Faced no difficuty in adjusting. Future looks really bright.
