Management is not safe and rude. Delayed or no response No Job Security. For Pregnant women no benefits. HR is always rude. All their ethics just for show.

As a Sr. Recruiter I love the process which is provided by the company. If you got skills your work will be forever smooth because of the process.

The only bad apple of the company is some people who don't know how work ethics or culture of corporate works! Other than that the company is lovely, the management is good, work is to notch.

There are very few things which I personally like about company, good salary, prompt on time salary, good benefits, supportive HR.

Appraisals will be given to only employees who are favorites No work satisfaction because job portal will be only given to employees who are favorites. very toxic culture. If you can roam around operations head, managers, team lead then you are good employee other you are a**h**e If you are joining W3 please be ready for all this otherwise I will advice this place is not for you.
