The only good thing about w3 global that I could think of is the fact that they haven't fired me yet.

Dislikes

First of all they have asked me to take unpaid leave for more than 3 months. Next I learnt that they opened office only after a colleague of mine told me that he has been asked to come back. Next when I asked them to join work again they refused to entertain my requests until I begged them to get me to start working. Then they gave me work at 3 a.m. in the morning and expected it to be completed by the morning. Thus, When I gave them poorly arranged work they criticized me without even considering the ethics and situation of how they had given me the work. Then they shut down office again and forced me to take unpaid leave despite seeing that my colleagues were given the ability to take the laptop home. I had to beg them to let me work from home and somehow managed to get a laptop for work from home. They gave me work for 2 days after which they stopped giving me work. Now I am being forced to return the laptop to their office and again forcibly take unpaid leave. They are not giving proper explanations. Mostly dismissing my work. They even say that I do have experience in certain domains but they knew that while hiring me and they have not given me any project in that domain to learn on the job as well. Also such a training is not available offline so I cannot work on it as well. This is patently unfair and I live alone without any parents so it has been one of the most harrowing, distressing and hurtful experiences ever in working for that company in times of a global pandemic....Read More

Work Details

Very stressful. They are very opaque and nothing about their management style is understandable.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
