As a Sr. Recruiter I love the process which is provided by the company. If you got skills your work will be forever smooth because of the process.

The only bad apple of the company is some people who don't know how work ethics or culture of corporate works! Other than that the company is lovely, the management is good, work is to notch.

There are very few things which I personally like about company, good salary, prompt on time salary, good benefits, supportive HR.

Appraisals will be given to only employees who are favorites No work satisfaction because job portal will be only given to employees who are favorites. very toxic culture.
