Toxic work culture, Toxic work culture It’s one of the worst company I have ever seen. Worst culture only bossy nature. There is no life for urself should be available anytime and every time. On working overtime(it can extend up to 16hours per day also and rest days it can go up to 10-12 hours also) you wont be paid extra. Admin department is worst always crying to give leaves and also work from home( which will be given to each employee 1/ per month upon completion of probation. They have quarterly bonus and quarterly reviews which they merely dont increase even if you work. Basically u can’t committe to your family or your friends that on this day at this particular time you will be free. U can’t plan anything. I would suggest think before u join here...Read More

Firstly, very slow response after interview. Toxic work culture with frequent humiliation - after you are confirmed. Probation period can prolong based on your performance review done by your peers/seniors. There is a 2 year bond for Research Associates which they won't tell you while joining, only at time of confirmation.
