Earlier Vyomlabs culture was good if we talk about appraisals also it was good but now Vyomlabs has been acquired by MNC company so everything has come into a bad phase .

No job security Office Politics Projects are very limited And you will get projects if you clear several mocks and internal interviews. You will be on bench for more than a year. I am writing this review so that one can decide and join

Terrible Management.I was not given any project for four months. I was put on PIP as they didn’t have any project.I haven’t received my asset from company for four months..So I resigned because I was sitting idle without any work to do..I don’t recommend this company at all to anyone.

They put you in difficult situation so you will learn how to tackle this. Extreme level of stress. Fake commitment so you learn not to trust on anyone.

Worst management, wrong ppl on wrong post. Talent doesn't matter. Only favoritism. Politics matter. If you able to discuss web series with your business head then you will get good promotion and hike. The worst is there bond. They stress and pressurize you on that level so employee can break bond to save his life and pay the money. They don't afraid of labour law. Many cases going on. Many ppl gone through mental toucher. If ppl do absconding then in next job They mail company about moonlighting by sending few bucks in your account. It's trap. Shameless management. Stay at home. Stay Clam but don't join Vyom labs. If you already join then be careful.before sign any document read every line if possible take expert lawyer opinion on that document.
