Expect SF/RF department company is good overall

Dislikes

Team Leaders and practice head are unprofessional in SF/RF department. They do not have professional experience. Both team leaders and manager need some professional training so that they will treat professionally to their employee. Work culture is very bad in Vyom labs specially in SF/RF department

Company Policies and management is excellent. Good for freshers or highly experienced ones.

Dislikes

Payment is very less when you compare it with market. Also employees don't get to know benefits or incentives they are eligible for unless they get to know about it from their colleagues.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
