I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? So much of night shifts and they can’t understand employee needs like they don’t care about if they are sick or not you need to work on shifts. Can learn a lot for freshers but can’t expect more salaries Won’t give much salaries initially No basic training you need to learn on your own
