The work environment at this company is exceptional, thanks to our supportive managers, Dinesh and Mahesh sir. They truly care about their employees and go above and beyond to ensure their well-being. Unlike my previous experiences in other companies, where managers displayed unprofessional behavior, these two are a breath of fresh air.Even the HR team is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Pay is too low for the effort we put on. Your work place will be changed often. Doesn't have proper dinning and no cafeteria available.

My team members taught me well. They will provide work from home in case employees are not able to come to office due to any difficulties. No strict dress code. There was nothing else likeable about the company. Valsaravakkam Office, WFO Mode.

Meaningless salary structure (it didn't comply to any government norms) , No practice of issuing salary slips, salary will be credited to employees only on the 10th day of the next month (Net 40 payment). Employees are poorly paid. They did not provide PF and ESI in the initial months.No proper appraisal system in place(vaguely conveyed to joiners) . Superiors interact with subordinates in a very unprofessional way. No proper training program for freshers. No proper working culture or system in place, they keep changing the system of working.
