My team members taught me well. They will provide work from home in case employees are not able to come to office due to any difficulties. No strict dress code. There was nothing else likeable about the company. Valsaravakkam Office, WFO Mode.

Meaningless salary structure (it didn't comply to any government norms) , No practice of issuing salary slips, salary will be credited to employees only on the 10th day of the next month (Net 40 payment). Employees are poorly paid. They did not provide PF and ESI in the initial months. No proper appraisal system in place(vaguely conveyed to joiners) . Superiors interact with subordinates in a very unprofessional way. No proper training program for freshers. No proper working culture or system in place, they keep changing the system of working. Vy Systems is well reputed organization to work. There is lot to learn for the freshers and experienced one can look to settled into the organisation. Everything is good, apart from salary increment and yearly compensation.

The work environment at this company is exceptional, thanks to our supportive managers, Dinesh and Mahesh sir.
