Nothing to like in VXL.

Dislikes

Worst environment.. Have to work almost 12 hrs daily because of management... At least twice a month you have work whole night and keep continue till the end of the next day... TL and seniors are most interested in your personal life... (To whome you are talking with etc.) They will set a log file as well to your systems IP messenger to check your chat and above that if they got a chance they are not going to hesitate to read your personal chat from your mobile.. This is what I experienced in VXL previously known as Verixo... So keep your mobile in your pocket always... And most importantly they are completely unaware about term "Management" "Process" "Respect" "Appreciation" "Training"... So please don't expect as well... In my opinion join VXL if you think you don't have any options and you will not get any better option than this......Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
