It's been 6 months since I joined VT Netzwelt, totally surprised by the company culture and the environment, colleagues are helpful, weekly based employee engagement activities like one day Excursions, Movies, Dinner, Celebrations etc. The opportunities for growth and development within the company. The company who provides onsite opportunities and values their employees.

It is trust and relationship we started to build with them. They added additional seniority on the team. If i work with a partner, i need to be able to rely on them. in terms of issues, we had clear communication and knew what to do. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
