Job Description
HR and Admin Executive
Experience: 2.5 to 4 years | Opening(s): 1 | Location: Mohali | Department: HR and Admin
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate and optimize various HR activities, ensuring smooth execution of processes, addressing employee grievances, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction and exit formalities, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and termination paperwork.
- Employee Engagement and Grievances:
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to enhance workplace morale.
- Address employee grievances and provide necessary support, acting as a bridge between employees and management.
- Ensure a positive and supportive workplace environment.
- Recruitment Support:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team for smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture and policies.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and engagement levels.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve operational efficiency.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2.5-4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
