TITLE : Technical Lead (Reactjs + Nodejs).

LOCATION : Mohali , India.

5 Days working , work from office.

EXPERIENCE : 8-12 years.

POSITION SUMMARY :

As a Full Stack Web Development Team Lead, your primary role will be to oversee the entire web development process, from initial design and development to deployment and maintenance.

You will manage a team of developers and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead and mentor team for managing a team of web developers, doing SA (solution approach) and assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed.

- Developing and implementing technical solutions i.e. designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for web applications, including user interfaces, server-side logic, and database integration.

Staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends :

- You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with new web development technologies and trends, and ensuring that your team is using the most up-to-date tools and techniques.

Ensuring code quality :

- You will be responsible for ensuring that the code written by your team is of high quality, is well-documented and is easily maintainable.

- Regularly conducting code reviews and handling merge requests and providing constructive feedback to ensure that the code meets the expected standards.

Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders :

- You will be responsible for collaborating with other teams, such as Architect, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure that the final product meets their requirements and is delivered on time.

Managing project timelines and budgets :

- You will be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Technical Documentations :

- Experienced in creating and maintaining technical documentation for software solutions implemented.

- Ability to work closely with development and design teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects the software solutions being implemented.

Skill set & Technical Requirements :

- Seeking a skilled developer with expertise in Javascript, Typescript and at least one of the following frontend libraries : React or Angular along with their ecosystem.

- Extensive knowledge of building REST APIs in NodeJS using any popular frameworks (such as Express NestJS, LoopBack).

- Strong knowledge and experience in working with databases :

1. Specifically MySql & MongoDB.

2. Proficient in designing and developing database design/schemas.

3. Skilled in writing efficient queries and implementing database-related operations.

4. Experience in optimizing database queries performance for efficient data retrieval.

- Expertise in best coding practices, SOLID design principles, design patterns, and project structures for building highly distributed and scalable applications.

- Good at writing unit tests in React and NodeJS using testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Mocha (or related frameworks/libraries).

- You possess a fundamental understanding of AWS (Amazon Web Services) and its various services like S3, EC2, AWS Lambda's, and Cloudfront from a Sr. developer/Lead perspective.

Possess a strong understanding of GIT :

- Possess a strong understanding of Git, including creating feature branches and using Git workflows.

- Experienced in handling merge requests/conflicts and resolving them efficiently.

Good to have (Desirable or Plus) :

- Familiar with Serverless and MicroServices based Architecture is highly beneficial.

- Experience working in state management libs like React-Query, MobX, and RxJS will be plus.

- Experience working in GraphQL, and MicroFrontends is desirable.

- Understanding of using different message broking technologies RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SQS.

- Experienced in using server-side caching techniques such as in-memory caching such as Redis, Memcached.

Qualification & Experience :

- MTech, MCA in Computer Science or equivalent.

- 8 + years experience in a functional or technical role and Team lead role.

- Knowledge in the area of technical speciality ( Web Development).

- To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in web development, including experience with front-end and back-end technologies.

- You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to work effectively with other teams and stakeholders.
