the first 10yrs of my employment under a senior management team headed by mrs. yael dsouza, where all employees regardless of offroll or onroll were equally treated and even a smallest work environment issues were personally monitored investigated and actions taken on the wrong employee with complete fairplay and justice......

approx 2yrs back, company went thru a shuffling and the same senior level post since then r filled with male chauvinistic people least bothered for a female employee health n personal lives and r complete dumb n deaf to a offroll employee complaint... if u raise a complaint against a on roll employee and how much ever true and honest ur complaint is, ur 12 long yrs association with the company is forgotten in 12 minutes, even the placement u r hired thru does not stand by u to maintain there business relations as they cannot spoil the relations with a company like vodafone for one single employee.... with a broken heart i quit my job from vodafone after working long 12yrs as i had to be hospitalised and had to undergo treatment for severe health related issues due to the mental stress n agony at workplace.....infact one of my collegues even had to undergo a miscarriage due to this same reasons....but as per the current vodafone culture this is part of the working environment.... it is my humble request to all parents n family members, do not send ur daughters, sisters n wife for employment at vodafone, especially on a off roll placement agency employment....Read More

vodafone is wonderful company to work,i experienced a wonderful teammate who supported me a lot at the time of work, their will be a training on each and every new process came into company. vodafone provide nearest work location where i can travel easily salary will be increased annually based on the performance. its such a placewhere i was comfortable to work because the environment of the office was like that and moreover i managed both my official and personal life managed equally and woman security was more important to them and their was safety rules where we need to follow at the time of travelling which shows security of the employee. overall best place to work...Read More

Company is focusing on employees health & saifty. Vodafone is very strict about its HSW policy which is valuable for its employees.

Dislikes

Internal promotions are less rather hired from outside of company. Even applicants are not being shared fair feedback to improve for next time.
