Only like about company is you will get post paid bill payment. Unlimited paid sick leaves. Most of role have good job security, especially Desk Jobs.

Not good work life balance. Management not care about skilled employee , No growth financially. dry appraisals , work life balance is worst . People will not approve leaves -Yearly you will get 26 leaves , manager will not approve more than 10 leaves yearly. No benifits : Not have shift allowance, No team outing no other activities. Company policy: Worst policies like anti poch - you cannot switch to competitors. Because of mergers all policies are company favour no employee will get benifit. Dont accept offers . Company is no doubt very nice but management is worse .They should learn first how to talk to the employees.

Lot of nepotism . No proper hike even after getting so many appreciation. Manager's hide appreciation that comes from stake holders. Manager's takes side or listen to only those employees who are his favourite . Hiring is also fixed here. Top level recommendations are preferred for hiring.
