... work, their will be a training on each and every new process came into company. vodafone provide nearest work location where i can travel easily salary will be increased annually based on the performance. its such a place where i was comfortable to work because the environment of the office was like that and moreover i managed both my official and personal life managed equally and woman security was more important to them and their was safety rules where we need to follow at the time of travelling which shows security of the employee. overall best place to work

They give on time salary and give good perks.

Dislikes

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

Distributor Next month Activity stoped but Company pressure is very Bad ..... employee salary 30 to 40% every month Must be given By Hand....MNP(PORT) pressure very Bad , Totally Very Very Very Experience Now 2years to Till Now.... 2017 to 2022 Good management team, but Now Very Bad....this is genuine Feedback next is your if you believe it you believe it then do it....

Dislikes

Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.
