Nothing to like about this company, they treat software developers as "s-l-a-v-e-s", 5 days office, work from office (10-6) then you need to work from home every single day, still if you are not able to complete their unreal expectations then you need to work on weekend also.

Worst company in every aspect. No empathy for anyone. Really cheap managment. Micro management at its peak, toxicest management. The only thing HR department is good at is applying leaves even for the days you work .No employee benefit. Worst work culture and No work life balance, they clearly ask you to work 12-14 hours every day even on weekend and they have stupid things like "active time".Managment and manager have no proper work to do they just look at the door like a security guard when everyone comes and goes.
