Worst company in every aspect. No empathy for anyone. Really cheap managment. Micro management at its peak, toxicest management. The only thing HR department is good at is applying leaves even for the days you work .No employee benefit. Worst work culture and No work life balance, they clearly ask you to work 12-14 hours every day even on weekend and they have stupid things like "active time".Managment and manager have no proper work to do they just look at the door like a security guard when everyone comes and goes. Good exposure on niche technologies. Good salary and hikes

No work life balance. CEO expects us to have a working life just like army or doctors. So weekend working and late night working is way too common. Management doesn't know to handle projects. There is no concept of requirement freeze and developers are always held at gunpoint for management mistakes.
