This company is a waste. Don't ruin your career by joining them. I joined as an HR Lead, but they assigned me recruiter tasks, only sourcing, and excessive unnecessary work. I relocated from Bangalore to Kochi, but within two weeks, they blocked my account without notice. The next day, they held a team call using another team member's ID and claimed my performance was poor, demanding my immediate resignation. What kind of management and organization is this? Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
