Employer’s Response

This is an unfair, unwarranted feedback from an employee who was in the company for less than 4 months and who left sighting medical and health issues. The performance of this candidate was unsatisfactory and specific feedback had been given for improvement. Ideally a candidates work tenure should be reflected long with their feedback else under performing candidates will have this tendency, as in this case to unfairly project the company in the wrong light.
