If you are into good project then the scope of learning is good, you can meet good people and improve your skills, since this was my first company in technology I have gained good knowledge from my project team mates

Hikes and variable pay are never given on time and hike percentage is very low mostly 1k to 2k per month, they include vp as part of your overall package don't fall for this please check your salary slip before joining, resources allocation is the second worst thing is this company even if you are good in certain skill set they willpush you to a different domains which causes your loss of grip on current skill, unless you are a fresher with very few options looking to start your career in IT, avoid this one...Read More
