Overall an average company, but they have good project, my views may be based on the project i was working. I would like VIRTUSA Management take a close look at KT when employee joins the company, they may be experienced but "how things works" are differs from organization to organisation. What i experienced is no proper KT documents, just verbal instructions with less confidence
