Company culture is messed up. People who are since long having monopoly and play politics. Environment is very unprofessional and people don't trust and value others. Except salary nothing great.

Dislikes

No respect for others by team members or seniors. Management does not have any control on happenings and only interested about billing.

Overall in my 11 exp. It’s a mixed of positive and negative. Compare to positive negative is little higher. So many managers who doesn’t even know of technical aspect in f project delivery. But they question always to deliver within the timeline without giving much resources and a proper time to complete.

Dislikes

There is a lot of dislikes in each and every department I highly never recommend anyone to join in this organization. If a person is highly need of a job then it’s kind of temporary company to hold on.

I have offers from BMC Software, for Product Developer- 1, Fixed 18L + 10 % variable = 19.8L and MasterCard for Software Engineer 2 , Fixed 20L + 7 % variable = 21.4 L , and Joining bonus of 1L = 22.4 L I have around 3 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot , Microservices, Could you please guide, which one should I prefer ?

Extremely bureaucratic . You can feel the politics and resentment from the old timers in the air Some of the managers are absolute sadists . have no concept of work life balance for offshore employees.HR is toothless they are just a yes men to those old time managers.I have seen people literally crying due to unreasonable work load and manufactured demand just to promote one person at onsite.
