There few really good people mostly at lower level and underrated

Dislikes

No increment, work life balance is poor, Manager are mostly rude and never appreciate and also don't give impotance to your work. Benefits sucks , Leave is on paper only manager don't approve and leave will be lost at the end of year. Don't feel that you can get hike ever. 9 hour strict policy

I was part of a citi project. It doesn't allow work from home. No hike Manager are boss they treat you like shit. For some projects like citi trims , weekend job may be there and they won't compensate with any allownce and comp off. 9 hour strict po
