Process sucks ,they should be in a position to guide the customer to improve the business and not just getting the E2E business from them..if they process followed is not right they don't question them and just follow them blindly which actually spoils the work culture and quality of the product being delivered

I like the job security that virtusa gave me throughout the COVID and lockdown scenario.I am greatful to company for keeping me employed.

Lack of projects and opportunities in company.i hope this situation gets better in upcoming days.Also I feel salary compensation and bonuses especially variable pay are not good comparatively being an IT MNC .it lack in these areas.

Nothing more actually, it's my first MNC, I liked it. Only thing I disliked is working on weekends some times only when we have production. That is very common in all companies.
