Hi All, Need a Suggestion, I am Working as a application support engineer (including Database , Data processing applications) in a MNC(Service Based Company )and getting 5.8 LPA and last 6 months I was preparing for Data engineer role learning dsa , python , sql ,spark , kafka , data modelling, Warehouse snowflake aws , azure , GCP and system design also. Dislikes

Work culture and managers always have options to suppress top level decisions. Intentionally they designed policies in way where top management show us flexibility and caring nature which can be easily suppressed by managers so that organisation can benefited from it.
