I really love worked with Virtusa, good environment, work life balance is very good, and employees benefits excellent

Bench resource not able to get project. Internal bench RM team not able to reach especially Chennai team. They are not provide interview opportunity very less three month only given 3 interviews only. and bench resource not able to find open project details there is no common portals.

If you are on bench and come across Bhavana, Soniya, and Harsha Reddy, they will make your life hell. Worst people i have ever come across. Non cooperative and always will expect you to listen to them only and not even consider your situations. They will just laugh if you tell them your problem and will force you to listen to them anyways. Worst behaviour of these people!

What i read in negative that is right about virtusa. Let me explain virtusa dont have proper project they have only which is temporarily or Micromanagement type. All such as BA manager scrum manager and tester will put bill on devloper if something goes bad. There is manager Surya Sarvani K she is only support thier relatives and only south indians if someone from other states she will put into pip and try to way how they can terminate or let people out from virtusa. Virtusa doesn't have much projects right now. So joining a company as a fresher is a biggest mistake I would say. For the experienced people it is good one I would say.

There’s actually nothing to like in Virtusa. Only good thing is an employees who are in projects are allowed to Work from home (but that also depends on the manager you get assigned to)

The ratings which being provided is genuine. Virtusa will not give hikes once they recruit for qatar positions. Virtusa will so easily give NOC if client Intent to take you. Virtusa offers less salary as compare with other consultancies in qatar. If anybody want to come to qatar through virtusa, think twice. Uncertainty in job, insecurity in job is very much high.
