I don't know about others but for me it's not a good opportunity to work in virtusa. I didn't find a good thing in this company to improve my self. The only thing that's helpful for me is experience letter from the company.

The trainings aren't Friendly they just threaten us to complete the trainings which are not at all helpful. They are very unclear. They use this trainings to waste our time and to give us a hard exam just to remove terminate us from the company.

Hopeless leadership folks and pathetic Org hierarchy. All D+ folks have not heard about the word "Mentoring". They just wait for you to fail and happily play the blame game Absolutely no concern for the folks who are working really hard. They are just treated like dirt. One of the worst decisions to join this company. Zero percent hike in 2 years.

Their training program is good. An educator will teach u through teams meetings, will give u practice sets which is excellent.

Dislikes

Hire and fire policy. If on bench for 3 months then u r fired. And they don't have much projects even for niche skills like informatica cloud, pyspark. Join this company only if u have 1 offer in hand. If u have other offers go with others instead of virtusa.

Even though many companies strictly asking to return to office, Virtusa is not implementing it strictly. Provides lot of opportunities to enroll and learn new rhings

Employee policies are not adhered by company. Employee appraisal happen every half-year but hikes doesn't. In last 3.5 years only one salary hike cycle happened. HR follow up on non essential things but maintain radio silence when it comes to any queries related to rating or hikes.

Almost in all aspects, Virtusa has failed to satisfy the employee needs. They don't have any other clients for mainframe projects apart from JPMC client. If you ask for project release, they will immediately release you while you are in bench period. Please be careful before joining this company.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the company's treatment of employees. As a fresher, I was not provided with project opportunities to grow and develop my skills. To make matters worse, the company conducted layoffs without offering any support or alternative solutions. In a shocking turn of events, I was forced to resign during a scheduled call. When I hesitated, they threatened to terminate my employment if I didn't comply. I'm still struggling to find new employment, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
