Likes

Good place to work and learn new things. When I started working on Virtusa the team gives important to innovation and researches. Good Team and Flexibility to work.

Dislikes

Very less onsite opportunities, more work pressure, manager and Management politics, under utilization of skillful resources(Better example is me, As I told during my exist interview, I'm an Automation Tester I was compelled to do BA and QA role as a stretch role in a project and the management is started recruiting the Automation resources to fill vacant position) . Sometime, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals....Read More

I was recruited as a JAVA Developer I got my Offer letter for application development on my first day of joining and my second day my Tech offer has been revoked and replaced with the QA Offer letter. I was compelled by an officer to work on QA

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Bmc Software or MasterCard , which one to select ?

I have offers from BMC Software, for Product Developer- 1, Fixed 18L + 10 % variable = 19.8L and MasterCard for Software Engineer 2 , Fixed 20L + 7 % variable = 21.4 L , and Joining bonus of 1L = 22.4 L I have around 3 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot , Microservices, Could you please guide, which one should I prefer ?
