Virtusa gives very good opportunities for freshers. You will get very good platform to learn and work on with really enthusiastic people and managers are more supportive.

Dislikes

It has a component of variable pay which almost comes 2 months after the cycle one of the major drawback in salary compensation.

Work Details

I suppose work life balance is specific to projects not with respect to company. So in my project I could say it is a kind of lower number.

HR rules and regulations i dont like just i edited one of the internet bill so instead of giving warning letter they are terminating people so i dont like otherwise work and all very good to learn.
