Dislikes

HR and Mid level managers are pathetic. No response from their end even if you tramped to contact a 1000 times. My manager is so busy he doesn’t even know someone is tagged under him for 3-4 months.

Salary - Bad
Job security - Poor
Work satisfaction - Bad
Company culture - Bad

Work Details

Work policy: Some people are required to work from office others are working from home only. Depends on projects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
