I am working as an HR Trainee at Vineforce IT Services Pvt Ltd and last few months i had joined Vineforce. The work culture of Vineforce is friendly and all employees are very cooperative . And the HR of this company is very cooperative and friendly in nature she guides me everything . And i think there is a lot of learning things that i have to learn in Vineforce.

Opportunity to enhance skill is good. Friendly and Supportive work environment. Development team is good and supportive.

Dislikes

Salary Increments are very less. Pay is lower than expected, i.e below the market standard. Payments are sometime delayed without any proper reason. Accounts team is not very efficient.
