Good work life balance, and you have to manage your work from start to end (even for the others work come in your path) otherwise management will hand over you to actual ideates.

Dislikes

Working people are like ideates, and non working (specially some internal tie-up with management may be) or time passers are beneficiary.

I work as a team lead without any team and worked with some old technologies.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
