There is no fixed rules and protocols, I like the basic employees and I feel very sympathetic for doing there with minimal salaries.

Dislikes

Actually this company is controlled by MD, but he couldn't manage properly because he is from Analytical background and he use to manage Research and development department.

Work Details

I was a team leader for Research and development department. I use to give work for my team members and communicate to clients.
