There is no cabs to reach office and also the bus facilities for that area was rare.they need to give good training for new joinee and the salary/appraisal is not that much good

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
