Location: Chennai (WFH Applicable)

Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development, experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud services, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Software Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and React.js.
• Build interactive and responsive user interfaces with React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

2. Front-End Development

• Implement modern UI/UX designs using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Optimize front-end performance for faster load times and improved user experience.

3. Back-End Development

• Develop server-side logic using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Design and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth, JWT, or Identity Server.
• Optimize database queries and ensure smooth data retrieval from SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Implement caching and performance optimizations for back-end services.

4. API Development & Integration

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and Web Services for seamless communication between front-end and back-end.
• Integrate with third-party services, cloud APIs, and external systems.
• Ensure API security using authentication and authorization mechanisms.

5. Database Management

• Design, develop, and optimize database schemas, tables, and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and backup strategies.

6. Performance Optimization & Security

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in front-end and back-end systems.
• Implement security best practices, including input validation, encryption, and secure authentication.
• Perform code reviews and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

7. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and Agile Scrum meetings.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

8. DevOps & Deployment

• Work with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to automate testing and deployment.
• Deploy applications on Azure, AWS, or on-premise servers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring system uptime and stability.

9. Continuous Learning & Improvement

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Suggest improvements to existing systems and implement new technologies to enhance performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Front-End: React.js, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material-UI.
• Back-End: C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.
• Database: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• API & Cloud: RESTful APIs, OAuth, JWT, AWS/Azure, Docker (optional).
• DevOps & Tools: Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).
• Other: Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and Agile methodology experience.
