Job Security: now a days things have changed globally and it depends in which type of a role your are . Work culture: it is great but depends on an individual . company policies: great Management : good but it again depends on an individual how he or she takes the feedback from his superiors.

Salary upraises are based on the budgets given to the management and it also depends on the performance and behaviours.
